That depends. If you live in the Buffalo area, you can receive your order the same day. If not, we will ship your order to you via Fed Ex Ground and provide a tracking number so you’ll know exactly when your order will arrive. You can always check your account for the most recent updates.

Our color tools are made from real paint, not printed reproductions. So, the color you see on the chip is the color you will see on your walls. Real paint = accurate choices.

Just choose your color and then choose “Color Tools” from the dropdown menu, and it will allow you to add to the cart.

There is a surprising amount of information that we need to collect to get your paint order right. Don’t worry though, the process is quick, and we have created an outline to guide you. Our ordering process starts by choosing Shop by Paint or Shop by Color:
• Select your color family of interest
• Select your desired color
• Select the “paint” product category
• Select your desired container size (gallon or quart)
• Select your project’s environment – Is it an interior or exterior project?
• Select your desired sheen (i.e., flat, matte, eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss).
• Finally, tell us the quantity you need to complete your project. We have a paint calculator on the website to assist.

We are lifelong Buffalo, NY natives and love catering to our local DIY and design community. However, we also have customers across North America that rely on us to provide them and their clients with the best paint available, so we service the entire country. We even deliver to jobsites!

It’s not a new concept, however, the Evanhill approach is innovative. We’ve taken the time to evaluate the pain points of choosing color and buying paint – like getting accurate color samples made from real paint and saving time by not driving back and forth to the paint store. With Evanhill, we relieve those stresses, so all you have to worry about is receiving your paint and enjoying the beautiful color.

We offer a variety of shipping option via Fed Ex. For locals, we offer free pickup at our Creekside location.

Unfortunately, we require a complete address, therefore, are unable to deliver to P.O boxes.

Not yet! Currently, we ship anywhere in the continental U.S. We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Most paints are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will work with you to provide a full refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with your paint, please contact us our customer service department at info@evanhillpaint.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Painting supplies must be returned within 30 days, in their original packaging which must be unused and unopened.

There is little to no difference in cost between the store and online.

We will always send you a tracking number as soon as we ship your package, so you can plan receipt of your order. The other option is to log into your account to check the status.

Yes, it is! All C2 Paint products exceed strict US and environmental standards, with minimum toxins and VOCs (less than 50/gallon – paint and colorants combined) so it’s safe for you and the environment. For California residents, it adheres to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) standards.
